The invention discloses a graphene-enhanced energy-saving composite film and a preparation method thereof. The composite film sequentially comprises a bonding layer, a base layer and an active layer from bottom to top. The preparation method for the graphene-enhanced energy-saving composite film comprises the following steps: coating the bonding layer, preparing an active powder mixture, preparing an active substance epoxy resin paint, and coating and curing the active layer. The chemical and physical properties of nano-particles are remarkably enhanced and improved through addition of a new graphene material and by virtue of the extremely large specific surface area and a unique electronic structure of graphene, thus the original properties of the nano-particles are multiplied, and even special properties which cannot be realized in a single material previously can be realized. External heat radiation can be remarkably isolated, internal heat-convection heat exchange efficiency is enhanced, and then a COP value is increased, and the targets of reducing energy consumption and protecting environment are realized.
