一种利用步进式烧结技术无害化处置固废的方法，即将各种需要无害化处置的固态废弃物通过预处理、配料、混匀、点火、烧结、烟气净化处理等过程，烧结过程中产生的烟气经烟气净化系统处理后达标排放；烧结产物根据固废的成分情况可以用作冶金原料或用作建筑材料如制砖、铺路等，从而实现了对固废的无害化处理。

The invention relates to a method for utilizing a stepped type sintering technique to harmlessly treat solid wastes. Various solid wastes to be harmlessly treated are subjected to the processes of pre-treating, burdening, uniform mixing, igniting, sintering, flue gas cleaning, and the like. The flue gas generated in the sintering process is treated by a flue gas purifying system and is emitted after reaching the standard. The sintered products can be used as metallurgy raw materials or building materials for preparing bricks, paving roads, etc., according to the component conditions of the solid wastes, so that the harmless treatment for the solid wastes is realized.
