The apparatus comprises a feed hopper and a buffer section located at the lower end of the feed hopper; the buffer section is connected to an extruder, the discharge end of which is provided with a die head; the side wall of the buffer section is provided with a through hole, through which a cross-bar is inserted; and a lower side wall of the feed hopper is provided with an observation window. The die head comprises a housing, an electromagnetic heating ring wound round the housing, and the front end surface of the housing is provided with an extrusion hole. A fixed pipe communicating with the extrusion hole is arranged on the on the housing, a filter apparatus sleeves the fixed pipe, one end of the filter apparatus is fixed in the chamber of the housing; and the fixed pipe is provided with a plurality of injection holes. The cross-bar of the buffer section is used for stirring raw materials, and the raw materials in the buffer section are made to enter the extruder in sequence, thereby preventing the phenomenon that normal operation of the apparatus is affected due to the fact that buffer section blocked by the raw materials. The observation window is used for observing the feed condition of the feed hopper, and when blocking happens, the cross-bar is used for stirring in time.
