The workstation comprises a laser cladding head, a shears clamp and a mounting table, wherein a rotatable working table is arranged on the mounting table; the shears clamps are connected with the working table, and at least two shears clamps are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the working table to form at least two stations for performing the assembly/disassembly operation and cladding operation of shears; and the laser cladding head is fixedly connected with the mounting table through a fixing device and corresponds to the shears clamp on the shears cladding operation station. According to the hardware shears laser cladding workstation disclosed by the invention, through the cooperation between the rotatable working table and multiple shears clamps, the assembly/disassembly operation and the cladding operation of multiple pairs of shears are implemented at the same time, and thus the production efficiency is improved, and batch production is realized.
