The invention discloses a 550 Mpa high-structural-level galvanized steel strip. The 550 Mpa high-structural-level galvanized steel strip is prepared from chemical components including, by mass percent, 0.04%-0.06% of C, 0.15%-0.30% of Mn, not larger than 0.03% of Si, not larger than 0.015% of S, not larger than 0.022% of P, 0.025%-0.06% of Als, not larger than 0.0050% of N and the balance iron and inevitable impurities. A production method of the 550 Mpa high-structural-level galvanized steel strip includes the procedures of converter smelting, LF furnace refining, continuous casting, hot rolling, winding, acid pickling cold continuous rolling and galvanization. The Si-Mn solution strengthened component design is adopted, precious alloys such as Nb, Ti and V are not added, and cost is effectively reduced; hot rolling controlled rolling and controlled cooling, the cold rolling hardening process and the low-temperature annealing galvanization process are adopted in the later period, the good performance of a final product is ensured, the process is simple, and the production cost is low.
