The invention relates to an electrode adhesive of a lithium ion battery. The electrode adhesive is prepared from polymers obtained after the reaction of diamine monomers and dianhydride monomers, and at least one of the diamine monomers and the dianhydride monomers contains silicon monomers. The invention further relates to a cathode material and the lithium ion battery. The cathode material comprises cathode active matter, a conductive agent and the adhesive. The lithium ion battery comprises a cathode, an anode, a diaphragm and an electrolyte solution, and the cathode comprises the cathode material.
