The invention provides a high quality insoluble sulphur production method, and belongs to the field of inorganic fine chemical engineering. The preparation method comprises: (1) sulphur melting, heating, and vaporizing; (2) quenching; (3) oil filling oil to obtain the finished product, wherein sulphur is heated with a tubular heating furnace to a temperature of more than 1200 DEG C in the step (1), quenching is performed with low-temperature inert gases such as liquid nitrogen, liquid-state carbon dioxide and the like in the step (2), and in the step (3), a compound stabilizer SX05 is required to be added during the oil filling process and is a mixture of a metal halide and unsaturated olefin. According to the present invention, the high quality insoluble sulphur production method is the continuous production method; with the method, the one-time yield of the product can achieve more than 90%, and the high thermal stability and the dispersibility of the product are substantially improved; the extraction, drying, crushing and screening on the product is not required, such that the production process is shortened, and the production environment is substantially improved; and with the method, the complete conversion of the raw material sulphur is achieved, the production cost is reduced, and the method belongs to the green environmental protection process.
