The method comprises the steps that a paperboard with a plurality of joints on the periphery is provided, at least one surface of the paperboard is locally coated with a heat insulation material internally provided with a hollow body, the heat insulation material avoids the joints, the paperboard is folded and molded into the container, the container is heated, the heat insulation material internally provided with the hollow body is attached to the at least one surface of the container, a heat insulation layer is provided for at least one surface of the container, the heat insulation coefficient of the layer ranges from 0.003 to 0.05, and the heat insulation material is selected from polyurethane, acryl resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, polylactic acid or epoxy resin and the like; therefore, the heat insulation layer internally provided with the hollow body enables the container to achieve the effects that the size is reduced, the transport cost is reduced, and the heat insulation effect is good.
