The semipermeable membrane layering integrated bioreactor has the beneficial effects that the plasma separator and the bioreactor are spliced, or the plasma separator is directly arranged in the bioreactor, so that design is simple and practical; separated plasma enters the bioreactor through a separation pump connection pipe, then penetrates through filtering semipermeable membranes arranged at intervals layer by layer to carry out interchange of material with cells in the filtering layer space, and therefore, the plasma can be kept at even flow velocity all the time so as to be favorable for improving the interexchange efficiency of two types of materials.
