The invention discloses an equipment framework structure and a prefabricated cabin rack using the equipment framework structure. The equipment framework structure comprises a left framework which is detachably connected to a rack body, a right framework which is detachably connected to the rack body, and transverse supporting plates which are mounted between the left framework and the right framework; first equipment mounting holes for mounting the left end of the equipment are formed in the left framework; second equipment mounting holes for mounting the right end of the equipment are formed in positions, corresponding to the first equipment mounting holes, of the right framework; and an auxiliary mounting region is arranged on the right framework or the left framework. When the equipment framework structure is in use, the equipment and terminals in the rack are mounted in the equipment framework structure; next, internal wiring of the equipment and the terminals is completed; then the equipment and terminals after the internal wiring is completed are mounted in the rack so as to realize the rapid assembling of the equipment and the terminals in the rack; the parallel operation of the production of the prefabricated cabin, the installation of the equipment and wiring in the rack is realized; and therefore, equipment installation and wiring by an operator within the narrow prefabricated cabin can be avoided.
