The invention relates to a winding pipe type heat exchanger with a shell internally provided with a cylinder partition plate and hole plate structure. The heat exchanger comprises a shell, a center cylinder coaxially arranged in the shell, a gas-liquid distributor arranged above the center cylinder in the shell, and a plurality of cylinder partition plates coaxially arranged on the periphery of the center cylinder. The inner diameters of the cylinder partition plates are sequentially increased from interior to exterior. A plurality of hole plates are arranged between the cylinder partition plate located on the innermost side and the center cylinder, between every two adjacent cylinder partition plates and between the cylinder partition plate located on the outermost side and the shell in the circumferential direction at intervals, and a cavity of the shell is divided by the multiple cylinder partition plates and the multiple hole plates into a plurality of independent small cavities. A plurality of winding pipes penetrate the hole plates and are wound around the center cylinder in multiple layers. The winding pipe type heat exchanger is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and capable of being widely applied to main low-temperature heat exchangers of offshore natural gas floating platforms.
