本发明公开了一种PSA来源的抗肿瘤CTL表位肽，为九肽，其氨基酸序列为Cys‑Ala‑Leu‑Pro‑Glu‑Arg‑Pro‑Ser‑Leu。本发明还包括上述肽在制备肿瘤治疗性DC‑CIK中的应用。本发明所制备的特异性的DC‑CIK细胞对前列腺癌细胞LNCap显示出一定的杀伤率，可用于制备前列腺癌特异性自体免疫细胞的制备。

The invention discloses an anti-tumor CTL epitope peptide derived from PSA (prostate specific antigen), wherein the epitope peptide is nonapeptide, and the amino acid sequence of the nonapeptide is shown as Cys-Ala-Leu-Pro-Glu-Arg-Pro-Ser-Leu. The invention also discloses an application of the peptide in preparing tumor therapeutic DC-CIK. The specific DC-CIK cells prepared by the invention have a certain killing rate on prostate cancer cells LNCap; and the specific DC-CIK cells can be used for preparing prostate cancer specific autoimmune cells.
