The invention relates to an alcoxyl ether group and aldehyde group modified phenylenevinylene derivative and a preparation method thereof. The structural formula of the derivative is as shown in the description. According to the alcoxyl ether group and aldehyde group modified phenylenevinylene derivative and the preparation method thereof disclosed by the invention, the alcoxyl ether group (OEG) is used for constructing phenylenevinylene, so that excellent temperature-sensitive properties are given to the phenylenevinylene, the phase change process is rapid, and the hysteresis is small; chirality is transmitted to a copolymer main chain through a dynamic Schiff base key, so that the conformation of a polymer main chain can be effectively and reversibly adjusted and controlled; and the application of the phenylenevinylene in high-efficiently recognition of amino acid chiral molecules in a water phase can be widened.
