本发明公开了一种抗CD20特异性嵌合抗原受体，所述嵌合抗原受体由人抗CD20单链抗体，CD8TM，CD137，及CD3ζ的胞内信号结构串联构成。本发明还公开了上述抗CD20特异性嵌合抗原受体的氨基酸序列和核酸序列。该嵌合抗原受体用于修饰T淋巴细胞，修饰后的淋巴细胞可用于CD20基因表达相关肿瘤的治疗。

The invention discloses an anti-CD20 specific chimeric antigen receptor. The chimeric antigen receptor is formed by connecting intracellular signal structures of a human anti-CD20 single-chain antibody, CD8TM, CD137 and CD3zeta in series. The invention further discloses an amino acid sequence and a nucleotide sequence of the anti-CD20 specific chimeric antigen receptor. The chimeric antigen receptor is used for modifying T lymphocyte, and the modified T lymphocyte can be used for treatment of CD20 gene expression related tumors.
