The invention discloses a HLA-A0201 restricted CTL epitope of a specific tumor antigen cytokerain 19. The HLA-A0201 restricted CTL epitope is nonapeptide with an amino acid sequence of Gly-Ala-Thr-Ile-Glu-Asn-Ser-Arg-Ile. The invention also discloses application of the epitope peptide to preparation of tumor-treating polypeptide vaccines with cytokerain 19 expression. The invention also discloses a method for preparing corresponding DC cells and DC-CIK cells from the epitope peptide. The invention also discloses application of the DC cells and DC-CIK cells.
