The invention provides a moisturizing composition. The moisturizing composition is prepared from an amino acid moisturizing agent, cupuacu butter and an assistant. According to the moisturizing composition provided by the invention, the amino acid moisturizing agent and the cupuacu butter are compounded, so that the obtained moisturizing composition has a good moisturizing effect; further, the content of the cupuacu butter is limited, the moisturizing active function of the cupuacu butter can be fully expressed under the proportion, and the synergistic effect is generated by the cupuacu butter and the amino acid moisturizing agent, so that the moisturizing effect of the moisturizing composition is better.
