The invention discloses microbial pesticide composition containing amide fungicides and biocontrol bacteria, a preparation and an application of the preparation and belongs to the field of plant protection and pesticide science. The microbial pesticide composition is prepared from the amide fungicides (in particular to carboxylic acid amide fungicides) and the biocontrol bacterium powder in the mass ratio being (1-10): (1-10), wherein the number of live bacteria in the bacterium powder is not smaller than 106 cfu/g; preferably, the biocontrol bacteria are bacillus amyloliquefaciens ZY-9-13 with the preservation number of CGMCC No.6162. The microbial pesticide composition has excellent control efficacy for tobacco root-knot nematode diseases and tobacco black shank, has the control effect remarkably superior to that of a single chemical fungicide or bacillus amyloliquefaciens biological agent, can delay the fungicide resistance of a chemical agent and is particularly suitable for control on tobacco black shank in the field.
