Disclosed are a networking communication method and system for a transmission tower. The method comprises: broadcasting a network reconfiguration instruction by means of a wireless frequency hopping technology, the network reconfiguration instruction comprising a first address; receiving registration requests that are returned by a plurality of information acquisition terminals according to the first address by means of the wireless frequency hopping technology; establishing a communication time sequence partition table according to the received registration requests returned by all of the information acquisition terminals and preset communication time; sending a data sending instruction by means of the wireless frequency hopping technology according to the communication time sequence partition table; and receiving returned data, the data being sent, via the wireless frequency hopping technology, by an information acquisition terminal that receives the data sending instruction. Data is efficiently transmitted by means of a frequency hopping communication technology, and therefore the present invention eliminates the influence on site data sending caused by electromagnetic interference of a transmission line. The remote communication capability and data transmission speed of the frequency hopping communication technology are high, and the site running state of a transmission tower can be better monitored.
