The invention discloses a complementary feedback-type gate switch charge pump circuit, which comprises a bias circuit, a reference branch, an output branch and an operational amplifier feedback compensation circuit, wherein the bias circuit provides bias voltage for a charging current tube and a discharging current tube in the output branch via two paths of current mirror bias tubes; the reference branch and the output branch enable bias level not to generate large fluctuation along with switch signals via a capacitor and a transmission door structure, and the bias level is enabled to be stable; and the operational amplifier feedback compensation circuit compares the output level and the reference level, the level is fed back to the current mirror bias tubes to compensate an upper and lower charging and discharging current value. Low-voltage design requirements can be met, matching and stabilizing of charging current and discharging current of the charge pump can be ensured, and low-phase noise requirements of a phase-locked loop can be met.
