The invention provides an electric automobile charging plug-and-play system provided with an energy storage battery. The system comprises a state monitoring unit, an energy management system, the energy storage battery, a quick charging pile, a photovoltaic system and a DC load. The energy storage battery, the DC load, the photovoltaic system and the quick charging pile are connected with one side of a bidirectional converter module; and the other side of the bidirectional converter module is connected with a 220 V AC power grid. The technical scheme provided in the invention is simple in structure, can realize quick charging of an electric automobile conveniently, meets the requirements for peak clipping and valley filling and quick charging of the electric automobile, and greatly improves electric energy quality and reliability.
