According to the invention, a drawn cable end can be protected completely, so that the cable end fixation is enhanced and contact between the cable breaking head and the outer wall of the cable tube at a turning position and a cable tube joint can be prevented. Meanwhile, the rotating type connecting pull ring is arranged at the top and the rotating torsion generated by the cable during the traction process can be released fully, so that the field work efficiency is improved and the labor intensity of the staff is reduced.
