The invention discloses a floating type line paying off device for electric power line engineering construction. The device comprises a suspension balloon, a traction rope, a fixing device, a fixing rope and guiding ropes; the bottom of the suspension balloon is connected with the traction rope for fixing a wire; the traction rope is connected with the fixing device on the ground through the fixing rope; and the suspension balloon is connected with at least four guiding ropes.
