The invention relates to a flat plate type heat transfer assembly. The flat plate type heat transfer assembly comprises an upper heat transfer flat plate and a lower heat transfer flat plate; an integral multiple of spiral-wave-shaped supporting turbulence bars, which are perpendicular to a fluid flow direction, are arranged in the upper heat transfer flat plate and the lower heat transfer flat plate; each spiral-wave-shaped supporting turbulence bar comprises an integral multiple of wave-shaped supporting turbulence curves; the same ends of adjacent spiral-wave-shaped supporting turbulence bars are arranged in a staggered manner at equal spacing in the heat transfer flat plates by taking a quarter of wavelength as fixed length; the two ends of each spiral-wave-shaped supporting turbulence bar are connected to a sealing strip; and the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the sealing strip are connected to the upper heat transfer flat plate and the lower heat transfer flat plate separately to form the flat plate type heat transfer assembly. The flat plate type heat transfer assembly is high in heat transfer efficiency, is lower in resistance, is simple in structure, is easy to clear, is convenient to mount, and is small in floor space. The flat plate type heat transfer assembly is especially suitable for a gas-gas heat exchange working condition which has rigorous resistance drop requirements, and has a relatively low heat transfer coefficient.
