The invention discloses a two-stage type plastic sliding bearing with a material synergetic effect. The two-stage type plastic sliding bearing is composed of a first bearing bush, a second bearing bush and a metal sleeve. The first bearing bush and the second bearing bush are the same in size and make close contact with each other to form a complete bearing inner ring. The metal sleeve is arranged on outer rings of the bearing bushes in a sleeving mode and fastened on the two bearing bushes in an inlaid mode, and one end of the metal sleeve is positioned on the shoulders of the bearing bushes in an abutting mode. The first bearing bush and the second bearing bush are designed with different materials. A preparation method for the first bearing bush comprises the steps that 1, by volume fraction, 70-90 parts of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) and 10-30 parts of short chopping carbon fibers are put into a double-screw extruder to be melted, mixed and extruded; and 2, the melted and mixed extrudate is subjected to injection molding through an injection machine. A preparation method for the second bearing bush comprises the steps that 1, by volume fraction, 95-99 parts of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) and 1-5 parts of nano particles are put into the double-screw extruder to be melted, mixed and extruded; and 2, the melted and mixed extrudate is subjected to injection molding through the injection machine. According to the two-stage type plastic sliding bearing with the material synergetic effect, friction and abrasion of the bearing can be greatly reduced through the graded bearing bush material synergistic effect, and the two-stage type plastic bearing is convenient to assemble and disassemble and easy to maintain.
