The invention discloses a fixing base for a street lamp electric pole. The fixing base comprises a fixing base main body. A connecting mechanism is arranged on the upper end face of the fixing base main body. Digging knives are arranged on the side surfaces of the fixing base main body. A through hole is formed in the center of the fixing base main body and internally provided with a spiral feeding rod. According to the fixing base for the street lamp electric pole, the digging knives are arranged on the side surfaces of the fixing base main body, and hence the fixing base can serve as a digging device to be used; and in addition, after digging work is completed, landfill work is conducted on the fixing base, so that connecting pieces are exposed and used for fixing the street lamp electric pole.
