本发明公开了一种基于POCKIT Micro荧光PCR平台的检测东方蜜蜂微孢子虫的试剂盒及应用，由无菌去离子水、荧光定量PCR反应液、阳性对照品和阴性对照品组成。荧光定量PCR反应液含有Real‑time Probe PCRMix、ddH2O、检测用引物和探针。本发明试剂盒特异性强、灵敏度高、反应时间仅42分钟，非常适合对东方蜜蜂微孢子虫病的现场快速检测，可以在基层广泛推广。

The invention discloses a POCKIT Micro fluorescent PCR platform based nosema ceranae detection kit and application. The kit comprises sterile deionized water, florescent quantitative PCR reaction liquid, positive control substances and negative control substances. The florescent quantitative PCR reaction liquid contains Real-time Probe PCRMix, ddH2O, primers and probes for detection. The kit is high in specificity and sensitivity, the reaction time is only 42min, and the kit is quite suitable for onsite quick detection of nosema ceranae and can be widely popularized.
