The invention discloses a non-viral iPSCs inducing method, an inducing ccomposition and a kit thereof and iPSCs obtained by the inducing method. Specifically, the inducing method comprises the following steps: 1) constructing DNA sequences of expression reprogramming factors POU5F1, SOX2, GLIS1, KLF4, MYCL and hsa-miR-302s into episomal plasmid, so that recombinant plasmid is obtained; and (2) transferring the recombinant plasmid obtained in the step 1) into human somatic cells, and conducing inducing culture, so that the iPSCs is obtained. The method, instead of adding high-risk reprogramming factors, such as c-MYC, SV40-LT, TP53 inhibiting factors and the like, makes use of high-safety reprogramming factor combination, so that the clinical application risk of the iPSCs is reduced; and the method is relatively high in applicability.
