本发明涉及一种NK细胞的制备方法，该方法利用聚肌胞可诱导免疫细胞的分化、成熟或者分泌细胞因子，如IL‑12、IL‑15、TNFa、IFN‑r等，促进免疫细胞的活化增殖的能力。利用聚肌胞还可以促进膜结合型IL‑15Ra表达的能力，IL‑15Ra可与IL‑15紧密结合，这种结合状态的IL‑15对NK细胞有更强烈的促活化和促增殖的效应，将聚肌胞用于诱导培养NK细胞。本发明诱导培养的NK细胞满足了临床应用对细胞数量和细胞活性的要求。

The invention relates to a preparation method of NK cells. According to the method, poly IC is utilized to induce the differentiation and maturing of immune cells or secreting cytokines, such as IL-12, IL-15, TNFa and IFN-r, and the activation and proliferation capability of the immune cells can be promoted. The poly IC is also utilized to promote the expression capability of membrane conjunction type IL-15Ra, IL-15Ra can be closely bound with IL-15, the bound IL-15 has stronger activation and proliferation effects on NK cells, and the poly IC is used for inducing and culturing the NK cells. The induced and cultured NK cells meet the requirements of clinical application to the quantity and activity of cells.
