本发明提出的是一种漩涡炉水淬渣回收金、银及铜的方法。经过渣矿球磨、粒度分级和矿浆浮选工序完成。本发明通过加入复合浮选药剂,采用闪速优先浮选和传统粗选、扫选、精选相结合的工艺,将矿浆中的金、银及铜有价金属富集到铜精矿中。适宜作为有色冶炼废渣回收有价金属的方法应用。

The invention provides a method for recycling gold, silver and copper from water-quenched slag of a vortex furnace. The method is completed through the procedures of slag ore ball milling, size grading and ore pulp floatation. According to the method, valuable metal, including gold, silver and copper, in ore pulp is gathered in copper concentrate by adding a compound floatation reagent and adopting the process that flash differential floatation is combined with traditional rough selection, scavenging and fine selection. The method is suitable for being used as a method for recycling valuable metal from nonferrous metallurgy smelting waste slag.
