本发明公开一种提高打叶复烤片烟均质化的方法，涉及烟草加工领域，用以提高打叶复烤后的均质化，提高成品质量。该方法包括以下步骤：在进行打叶复烤之前，将不同质量的烟叶原料混配均匀。比如可以在存储入库工段、选叶工段、装框工段、入库暂存、加工工段中的任意一个或几个工段进行混配工段。上述方法可提高复烤后片叶品质均质化。

The present invention discloses a method of improving homogenization of threshed and redried tobacco strips and relates to the field of tobacco processing, and the method is used to improve homogenization after threshing and redrying and improve finish quality. The method includes the step of blending well tobacco materials of different weights before threshing and redrying. For example, it is possible to carry out the blending process at one or any of a storage and warehousing process, a leaf selection process, a framing process, a warehousing and temporary storage process and a processing process. The method can provide improved quality homogenization for redried tobacco strips.
