The invention relates to a repair structure between a served insulated conductor and a post insulator, comprising a post insulator and an insulated conductor. The insulated conductor is arranged in a trench in the upper part of the post insulator. The two ends of the insulated conductor are disposed outside the post insulator. The insulated conductor is bound and fixed to the post insulator by a tie belt. A repair coating is arranged on the periphery of the insulated conductor. At least one reinforcing layer is arranged between the periphery of the repair coating and the tie belt and between the periphery of the insulated conductor and the trench. The reinforcing layer includes a hydrophobic layer arranged on the periphery of the repair coating and an insulating layer arranged on the periphery of the hydrophobic layer. An insulating self-adhesive tape is arranged outside the reinforcing layer. The repair structure is simple and reasonable in setting. The operation process of repair is simple. Through the repair structure, a served insulated conductor can be repaired in a reinforcement way, and thus, an overhead insulator conductor capable of continuing service is obtained. The strength and hydrophobic ability between a served insulated conductor and a post insulator and between the served insulated conductor and a tie belt are improved. Lightning induced over-voltage is reduced. Insulated overhead conductors are prevented from being broken.
