The invention relates to a middle-high voltage zero sequence current transformer, comprising a silica gel shell. A plurality of baffle plates are arranged in the shell. A plurality of wiring terminal posts are fixedly arranged out of the silica gel shell. Three location posts are evenly arranged in the shell. The location posts are hollow structures without top surfaces and bottom surfaces. The outer ring of each location post is equipped with an iron core fixing slot. An iron core is sleeved on each location post. Each iron core is arranged in each iron core fixing slot. A winding is winded on each iron core. Two ends of the windings are connected with wiring terminals located out of the shell through the corresponding wiring terminal posts. A shell cover is in sealed connection with the shell. Limiting rings fitting with the fixing slots are arranged on the shell cover. Through holes corresponding to the location posts are arranged on the shell cover. The location posts fit with the through holes and are in inserting fit with the through holes. Annular magnetic shielding sheets are laid on the bottom of the shell and the shell cover. According to the middle-high voltage zero sequence current transformer, the baffle plates are arranged in the shell, and therefore, the influence of electromagnetic signals generated mutually by the windings can be avoided when a current and a voltage are overhigh.
