The incubating device comprises a support, an incubating tray, a temperature-control heating diaphragm, a code disc, a motor and a synchronous belt, the incubating tray is in the shape of a round box, a plurality of incubating tray holes are formed on multiple concentric circles inside the incubating tray, and incubating cups are placed in the incubating tray holes and combined according to circular-arc section areas equally divided on the incubating tray to form an incubating cup set; a plurality of code teeth which are divided equally are arranged on the periphery of the code disc, angle positions of the incubating cups on the incubating tray can correspond to those of the code teeth on the code disc, and a code disc rotating accuracy sensor and a code disc zero-position sensor are arranged below the code disc. The incubating device has the advantages that the code disc, the code disc zero-position sensor and the code disc rotating accuracy sensor are arranged to control the incubating tray to rotate accurately, incubating reaction of batch samples can be realized at the same time, temperature can be controlled, and the whole incubating cup set can be replaced, so that manpower can be saved greatly, convenience is brought to production and maintenance, and incubating efficiency of the incubating device is improved.
