The invention discloses a homoporous anion exchange resin as well as a preparation method and application thereof and belongs to the technical field of resin synthesis. After a linear high-molecular polymer and a certain proportion of chloromethylated polystyrene or polyvinyl chloride are mixed and dissolved, the homoporous anion exchange resin is prepared by the following steps: cold crystallization and hole forming, in-situ precipitation and hole fixing, cross-linking amination and the like. The homoporous anion exchange resin prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has a rich and stable homoporous structure and has a specific surface area of 80-300 m<2>/g; the diameter of a resin pore is 1-30 nm, the pore sizes are normally distributed, and the half-peak width is less than 10 nm; the anion exchange capacity is 0.5-3.0 mmol/g. The homoporous anion exchange resin obtained by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of being stable in structure, easy and convenient in synthesis process, easy to control and the like. The homoporous anion exchange resin disclosed by the invention has significance on improving ion exchange and absorption resin structure regulation and control level.
