The oxidized graphene layer, the cross-link layer and the anti-fogging layer are sequentially formed on the surface of a graphene glass matrix from the inside to the outside, graphene structures on the surface of the graphene glass matrix are oxidized to form the oxidized graphene layer, the cross-link layer is connected with the oxidized graphene layer by generated first chemical bond force, the anti-fogging layer is connected with the cross-link layer by second chemical bond force generated by composite paint by means of spraying and curing, and graphene directly grows on a white glass matrix by means of melting thermal chemical vapor deposition to obtain the graphene glass matrix. The anti-fogging coating for the automotive glass has the advantages that the oxidized graphene layer, the cross-link layer and composite paint layers can be stably and durably attached to the surface of the glass in a chemically bonded manner to be cured to form modules, a water contact angle of the anti-fogging coating is 3 degrees, the hardness of the anti-fogging coating can reach 2 H, the transparent rate of the anti-fogging coating can reach 95% at least, durable anti-fogging effects can be realized, and the anti-fogging coating is excellent in water resistance; the anti-fogging coating is excellent in mechanical property, low in cost and wide in application range.
