The present invention relates to the technical field of an adjusting buckle, and more particularly, relates to a safe adjusting buckle including a housing and an adjusting plate, wherein one side of the housing is provided with an adjusting groove; the adjusting plate is placed in the adjusting groove and in slide fit with the inner wall of the adjusting groove; and at least one strip-shaped hole is formed in the plate surface of the adjusting plate, and the upper and lower sides of the housing are separately provided with webbing through holes. The device can be subjected to single-hand operation, so that operation is convenient; and webbing cannot move to one side.
