Largehead atractylodes rhizome healthcare liquor is disclosed. Raw materials of the healthcare liquor comprise 5-10% of largehead atractylodes rhizome, 0.8-3% of barbary wolfberry fruit, 8-12% of specially prepared yeast, 25-35% of glutinous rice and 45-60% of purified water. A process of preparing the specially prepared yeast includes soaking rice with water for 8-12 h, taking out, washing, steaming the rice with a steamer pot, cooling to 20-35 DEG C, adding rice vinegar into the cooked rice prepared through steaming according to a ratio of 8-12:1, fully stirring, sealing, fermenting with the temperature being maintained at 30-40 DEG C, taking out after one week, and air-drying. A preparing method of the healthcare liquor includes 1) removing impurities from fresh largehead atractylodes rhizome, soaking with water, fishing out, dicing, drying in the sun, adding the largehead atractylodes rhizome into a pan, stir-frying until the largehead atractylodes rhizome is fully cooked, grinding into a rice grain form, and keeping for later use, 2) selecting the glutinous rice, soaking with the purified water until the humidity of the glutinous rice is 80-90%, steaming the glutinous rice in the steamer pot, taking out, cooling to 25-35 DEG C, adding the specially prepared yeast, the diced largehead atractylodes rhizome and the barbary wolfberry fruit, fully stirring, adding into a fermentation tank, and fermenting at 30-40 DEG C until the sugar content is 45-55% and the alcohol content is 12-20% to obtain the largehead atractylodes rhizome liquor, and 3) filtering through a diatomite filter to remove sediments from the largehead atractylodes rhizome liquor.
