The invention discloses an anti-snake climbing device for a tower or a pillar. The anti-snake climbing device comprises two semi-cylindrical stainless steel plate bodies which can be combined together to seamlessly coat the cylindrical tower or the pillar and have smooth outer surfaces. The outer side of the cylindrical body formed after the two semi-cylindrical stainless steel plate bodies seamlessly coat the cylindrical tower is uniformly provided with three or four axially-arranged inverted triangle side plates; the top of the cylindrical body is welded with a horizontal or oblique round barrier plate; and the two semi-cylindrical stainless steel plate bodies are fastened and connected through inside hexagon cylindrical screws via joint flanges at two sides of each plate to the cylindrical body seamlessly coating the cylindrical tower or the pillar.
