The invention discloses an anti-magnetic-interference and oxidation-resistant cable which comprises a cable core and a protective sheath, wherein the protective sheath wraps the outside of the cable core; and the protective sheath is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 95 parts of highly-polymerized polystyrene, 25 parts of ethylene propylene rubber, 10 parts of glass fibers, 4 parts of silicon dioxide, 0.5 part of nickel, 2-4 parts of carbon black, 5-10 parts of polar polyolefin, 1-3 parts of molybdenum, 1-3 parts of zinc, 0.5-0.7 part of chromium and 0.2-0.4 part of gallium. According to the anti-magnetic-interference and oxidation-resistant cable disclosed by the invention, the component formula of the protective sheath is reasonable and scientific; the anti-magnetic-interference and oxidation-resistant cable has excellent magnetic interference resistance and oxidation resistance, is wide in application and is mainly applied to the fields of power generation, metallurgy, chemical engineering petroleum and the like. Meanwhile, the cable also has excellent properties of fire resistance, high temperature resistance, dragging resistance, mechanical damage resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and oil resistance and the like.
