The invention discloses an extracting method of interaction of fault ride-through between new energy power stations. The method includes the steps of S1, calculating the parameters and initial state in an interaction removal simulation module according to the topology, parameters and initial state of a detail simulation module; S2, calculating and configuring the fault type, position and electric arc parameters in the interaction removal simulation module according to the fault type, position and electric arc parameters set by the detail simulation module; S3, obtaining detail simulation data and interaction removal simulation data corresponding to fault ride-through by executing the detail simulation module and the interaction removal simulation module; S4, extracting and calculating all characteristic disturbance quantities from the detail simulation data and interaction removal simulation data of fault ride-through; S5, calculating an interaction evaluation coefficient according to the characteristic disturbance quantities obtained by a characteristic disturbance quantity selecting and extracting module in a data comparison and evaluation module and a preset characteristic weight; S6, judging the interaction qualitative or quantitative result according to the interaction evaluation coefficient.
