The invention relates to a hidden door shaft hinge and a door body structure using the same. The door shaft hinge comprises a fixing element used for being fixed on a door plate or a door frame, wherein a press table is arranged on the fixing element in a manner of rotation fit; and the press table is provided with a first support surface and a second support surface which are oppositely arranged, the first support surface contacts with the fixing element, and the second support surface contacts with the door plate or the door frame. The press table is welded and fixedly connected with the door plate, the fixing element is fixed on the door frame, and then pivoting of a door shaft is realized through rotation fit between pin shafts and circular holes in the fixing element. The hidden door shaft hinge structure is convenient to install and detach, and simple in structure; and moreover, all the parts are not exposed, thus the anti-theft performance and integrity are ensured.
