The invention discloses an electric vehicle intelligent complete heat management system and a method thereof. The electric vehicle intelligent complete heat management system comprises a vehicle head heat exchanger, a passenger compartment heat exchanger, a motor, an electric control system, a motor water pump, a four-way reversing valve, a compressor, an electromagnetic valve, two three-way ball valves, an evaporator, a water pump, a battery pack, a heat tube, and a battery heat exchanger. According to the electric vehicle intelligent complete heat management system, the heat of three heat management systems, namely an air conditioner system, a motor electric control system and a battery pack heat management system, of the complete vehicle can be fully mutually utilized, thereby reducing the requirement of heat dissipation and heating on energy of the batteries; temperature balance of each battery monomer can be ensured; the motor electric control system is subjected to heat dissipation by utilizing a liquid cooling manner and is coupled with a condenser, so that energy consumption of the whole heat management system is reduced by fully utilizing an outside cold source; and on the premise of ensuring the driving and riding comfortableness, the driving range is prolonged as longer as possible, the service life of the battery system is prolonged, and the use costs of an electric vehicle battery system are reduced.
