The invention relates to a steel strand shaping device. The steel strand shaping device comprises a ratchet wheel disk, a shape fixing ring, limiting grooves, operating rods and handles; the operating rods are rotationally connected to the two sides of the ratchet wheel disk through non-return shafts; the limiting grooves are connected to the outer sides of the operating rods; the end heads of the limiting grooves are combined with ratchet wheel teeth of the ratchet wheel disk in a clamped manner; the handles are connected with the end heads of the operating rods; and the shape fixing ring and steel strands are attached to be arranged on the disk face of the ratchet wheel disk. The steel strand shaping device increases the stay wire manufacturing speed and is easy and convenient to operate, the curvature of the bent steel strands is more qualified and standard, manpower is greatly saved, and bending of the steel strands becomes easy.
