A roll-riveting device for turbine blades comprises a transfer frame and five dragging heads arranged on the transfer frame at equal intervals, wherein the five dragging heads are all arranged in the middle of a bed body in an exposing way and are sequentially aligned to a moving-out frame, a left positioning frame, a clamp tray, a right positioning frame and a moving-in frame which are fixed on the bed body of the device from left to right; a moving-in infrared measuring head is mounted on one side surface of the moving-in frame, and a right infrared measuring head is mounted on one side surface of the right positioning frame; the axis of the clamp tray is coaxial with a machine tool spindle; the machine tool spindle is glidingly connected with a stand column; two infrared detection heads I are symmetrically mounted on the machine tool spindle; a rolling head is mounted at the bottom of the machine tool spindle; an infrared detection head II is mounted on the rolling head; six rolling wheels are obliquely assembled on the rolling head; and turbine workpieces are fixed by the dragging heads and move rectangularly to various stations along with the transfer frame, are subjected to secondary positioning by the aid of the moving-in infrared measuring head and the right infrared measuring head in positions of the moving-in frame and the right positioning frame, are rolled after being detected by the three infrared detection heads to be in place, and are prevented from colliding while being accurately positioned.
