The invention relates to the field of tree planting, and specifically relates to a method for improving fruit tree seedling planting survival rate at Hexi Corridor areas. According to the invention, livestock manure, furfural residue, straws and weeds are filled into high-yield ditches or field planting pits, wherein the weeds or straws are placed at the bottom of the high-yield ditches or field planting pits, and the livestock manure and furfural residue are well mixed and placed on the weeds or straws. Therefore, fertilizer application efficiency is fully improved, and a fertility duration is long. During a backfill process, surface mellow soil is first filled into the high-yield ditches or field planting pits, and bottom immature soil is backfilled; winter water is irrigated for composting and wintering, such that soil overall fertility is effectively adjusted. A phosphate fertilizer slurry is prepared, wherein the phosphate fertilizer is calcium phosphate or diammonium phosphate. The phosphate fertilizer is prepared into a phosphate fertilizer mixed liquid with water according to a weight ratio of 1:4; soil is added into the phosphate fertilizer mixed liquid, and the mixture is stirred into the slurry. Roots without wound white mulches are dipped with the phosphate fertilizer slurry, such that phosphate fertilizer application and absorption effects are better. Also, phosphate fertilizer dose is reduced, such that pollution is reduced.
