Two seed vibration disc devices, two seed suction devices, two seed feeding devices, an air pressure source device and a controller are arranged on a frame. The controller is electrically connected with the seed vibration disc devices, the seed suction devices, the seed feeding devices and the air pressure source device. Each seed vibration disc device comprises a trapezoid seed box, a vibration plate, an adjustable horizontal stop plate, a linear bearing, an electromagnetic vibrator, a vibration spring and an L-shaped connection frame. The rotary sowing device has the advantages that air cylinders push ejection pins to move to remove obstructions in seed suction nozzles of the sowing device, the surfaces of the seed vibration disc devices of the sowing device can be adjusted horizontally through adjustment of the adjustable horizontal stop plates, rationed even seed feeding is achieved through the movable seed feeding devices, and autonomic precise sowing is achieved according to the air suction vibration principle.
