The invention relates to an anti-icing high voltage wire. The high voltage wire comprises a steel core inner layer formed by a steel core and an aluminum alloy wire outer layer which is formed by an aluminum alloy wire and wraps the inner layer. An anti-icing film is formed on an aluminum alloy wire outer layer surface. The anti-icing film is formed through coating a treatment fluid on the aluminum alloy wire outer layer surface and through carrying out solidification processing at 60-80 DEG C for 45-50mins. By using the high voltage wire, an icing condition can be effectively restrained under different climate conditions of rain, dew, frost, snow and the like; good flashover prevention performance is possessed; and the adopted aluminum alloy wire has good tensile strength and excellent creep resistance performance.
