本发明涉及一种液体α-淀粉酶复合热稳定剂，该热稳定剂由氯化钙和普鲁兰多糖混配制成。各原料在液体α-淀粉酶中的浓度为：4-8g/L CaCl2，15-30g/L普鲁兰多糖。该热稳定剂来源方便，价格低廉，而且具有良好的生物相容性、无毒，不会对环境造成污染；维持液体α-淀粉酶的酶活高且热稳定性强，是一种优质高效的液体α-淀粉酶稳定剂。
摘要（英）：
The invention relates to a liquid alpha-amylase composite heat stabilizer which is prepared by mixing calcium chloride and Pulullan polysaccharide. Concentrations of calcium chloride and Pulullan polysaccharide in liquid alpha-amylase are 4-8g/L and 15-30g/L respectively. The heat stabilizer is convenient in source, low in price, high in biocompatibilizer, nontoxic and free of environment pollution; the heat stabilizer can maintain liquid alpha-amylase at high enzyme activity and thermostability and is a high-quality efficient liquid alpha-amylase stabilizer.
