补钙的产品很多,但容易溶解被身体吸收的补钙产品不多。本发明的食品添加剂醋酸钙的制作方法,就是利用粉碎的蛋壳溶解于醋酸中,制成过饱合醋酸钙溶液,让醋酸钙以晶体方式析出,过滤后在低温下干燥得固体的醋酸钙。

Many calcium enriching products exist, but few products which easily dissolve and are easy to absorb by bodies exist. The invention relates to a making method of a food additive namely calcium acetate. The making method comprises the following steps of using crushed eggshells, dissolving the crushed eggshells in acetic acid so as to make an oversaturation calcium acetate solution, depositing calcium acetate in crystal manners, preforming filtering and then performing drying at low temperature so as to obtain solid calcium acetate.
