The invention relates to a telecontrol testing online execution-free check method for a transformer station. The method comprises the steps: firstly providing telecontrol testing online execution-free check software, installed in an industrial control computer, for the transformer station, enabling a port message, referring to telecontrol equipment for dispatching and in-station communication, to be mirrored to a network port through employing a switcher with a mirroring function, and then transmitting the message to the industrial control computer; secondly importing the telecontrol testing online execution-free check software, analyzing an SCD file in the station, a dispatching end telecontrol point table file, a telecontrol machine configuration file and a monitoring background database, and generating a basic database of the software; thirdly enabling the telecontrol testing online execution-free check software to obtain a telecontrol host and to carry out the analysis of the dispatching end and in-station communication messages, carrying out the analysis and comparison with the basic database generated by the software, and obtaining a remote control selection object consistent with the regulation; and finally checking the remote control selection object and a remote control selection object from actual regulation, thereby confirming the remote control accuracy. The method greatly improves the work efficiency. The accuracy of the method can reach 100%, and the time saving rate can reach 90% or more.
